Hi hun my rash was also across my stomach when i went doctors he said he never heard of any one comming out in a rash felt no one belive me any how start them again cause seem you all lost weight so here i go 2nd time round :)

morning all the thing is i was not eating NO fat kept on low fat diet so i come off tabs since last thursday myself feelin better but i may try them again if this dosnt work this time i feel like crying xx

Having bad 2 days i cant eat good stomach pains and feeling dizzy also on high blood pressure tabs been as my blood prssure go out so the up tabs but these pains in stomach feel so weir:(

I am so happy lost another 7 half pounds last tuesday i lost 4 pounds today cant belive! can you get a rash with tablets truefully just wind and rash i had since using tablets ?

Think i wrote it down but lost paper silly me but i notice my belly gone really down and my fella notice my bust which he wasnt happy i said cant win can i men for you,i reply just have to be happy with smaller bust lol and i lost today another 7 half pounds :)

Having a roast today with roast beef dont think i can but i take fat off meat instead of roast studs i have 2/3 boils potatoes veg and maybe oxo gravy i notice diffent in my self get weigh torm x

omg better of with bran flakes and one banana or fruit in mornings x

Morning day 5 on tabs feeling good but been having sum headaches and my skin very itchy but could side effects not sure. Went out last night had gin and tonic slice lemon you know it was a lovely drink check it out i think gin ok but only had one glass and 2 bottles of water ,still wnat to go...

yes i am taking Xenical and i am sorry not understanding this i been having 5grams for each meal not 15 so maybe i need more other thing was do u recipes for meals plz again sorry xx:o

can any body help with diffent ideal for diets plz?

Second day into my xenical tabs is it just 5g fat each meal? feeling good but need ideals for diets plz:)
