    Extra Easy Ho not been here for a while

    Am doing fine and was pleased with a 2 lb gain Xmas week and a maintain new year week but well chuffed came in with a 5 and 1/2 pound loss xx

    I am on EE and have lost just shy of a stone in a few weeks I also love going to group, I plan ahead with meals I find it easier I am also a diabetic take insulin and have found my blood sugars are perfect now enjoy xx

    I cant stop gaining weight!!!!

    Don't give up I am also a diabetic I take insulin twice a day plus now taking the slow release metformin I have only been going to slimming world for 6 weeks and had 2 maintains before I lost anything I have now lost 7 1/2 lbs so please don't give up it will come good for you
