Thanks Bunny hops for the info, I have been on Xenical for just over 2 months 1st month lost 12lbs but got weighed fri and in 4 wks only lost 3lbs, have you or anyone else experienced a slow down on Xenical? really frustared was so gd!!!x

Hi Chel I was also disappointed with my weight loss on Xenical, 1st month I lost 12lbs then I got weighed fri I had only lost 3lb in 4 wks and I had been sooo gd, oh well I will continue just really frustrated when I had been gd just wish the scales had gone down more!! x

Welcome Kerry and gd luck, I also tried SW a few years ago for about 5 months and all i lost was 5lb, but Im now back on WW as I have always had results with it. Hope u had a gd bank holiday weekend too.x

I will definately be the one hiding from the kids!! It was my sons 4th birthday yesterday and his still really hyper playing with his Ben 10 stuff, not long till school starts whoop whoop!!

Dont beat urself up too much we all have days like that, if I feel emotional I tend to eat and its always crap, but 2mo is another day. I hope my kids are better 2mo as im likely to eat the contents of my kitchen!!

Definately try the Xenical Shazza, I have been ok and if you find its worse you can stop the Xenical but its worth a go x and Mis-behave I think I will get some of the juice and give it a go, does it taste ok?x

I didnt have a very gd day yesterday, was gd all day even took the kids to the cinema they munched sweets I had nothing, but in the evening I had a few glasses of wine, half a snickers bar and a cookie!! Paid for it today tho, stomach ache all day!!!
