    Welcome to exante. I didn't like the shakes that much either.....that was until I......increased the water so they were not so thick....and added coffee to them. :) Have you tried that?

    I have been lurking on the website for the last 6 weeks reading yours and ladygaga's diary's to keep me motivated. I have had gall stones myself and my gall bladder removed. The good news is that you should only go upwards from here and after a few weeks you should feel great.
