    newbie to the cambridge diet!!

    Hi, I've been thinking of doing CD as my cousin did it & she lost 4 stone! However, I have been told that once you start eating normally again, you put on weight twice as quick! So this has given me second thoughts, but let me know how it goes. Good luck!
