Trouble losing weight

I've been cutting down on food, but what i have been eating is healthy. I have also been doing workouts every night for about an hour & a half but still haven't seemed to lose any weight! If anything, I've put on a couple of pounds.

Why is this?!

I need some advice as I dont know what else to do! :(
The only thing i can think of is because you are doing so much exercise you are building muscle which is heavier than fat, but if you have measured yourself you ill probably notice you have lost inches x x
