    i i lose anywhere between 2-4lb a week on average, and i tend to lose more if i use my points rather than eating less

    i had a good week i was 16st 2lb now im 15st 11lb = 5lb :O but i have been to the gym 5 times this week which has also helped, i hope to have a few more weeks like this :)

    i lost 1 stone 8lb in 6 weeks but i have been going to the gym five times a week and doing a pretty gud workout

    How many points to use??

    i get 32 points a day and i tryed cutting back to about 25 points a day and that week i only lost 1lb but the week after i used most of my points every day and i lost 3lb, so i would say to use them up.
