    and PS try to find 'interesting' ways to up your veggie intake - Broccolli or cauliflower cheese, Stuffed Mushrooms make with cream cheese etc etc etc there are lots of ways u can make a salad much more interesting on Atkins too crispy bacon, cheese, eggs, tuna! xxx

    Well done on the loss I too am returning to Atkins after a while away as need to sort my cravings out again (am deffo a confirmed Carb Addict!!) I have about 40 lbs now to go to get to my goal weight and I really wanna be close to it this summer xxxx

    Good luck I have never personally tried the Cambridge diet I am too starting over again with Atkins to try and sort myself out. Hope it works out for you :-)

    Ww bagels ideas?

    mm bagels I have them most days for lunch. I have them toasted with ham. Or cook a rasher of back bacon the night before until really crisp and have that with cream cheese. Low fat coronation chicken filler is nice too. BTW I MUCH prefer the tesco value bagels they are only 2.5 points also...

    Have you tried searching for Lindas low carb recipes on the web? she has a fantastic site full of menu plans and recipes and about 40 odd soup recipes and she marks all her recipes so you know that they are okay in induction?

    Yes deffo second that I do not have the patience to whisk by hand lol you can pick uo an electric whisk fairly cheaply I got a supermarket value one for £4.99 although they mite be a bit more than that now as had mine a few years - they do come in handy whipping cream etc etc etc :-))

    Hiya when I made them they came out fine....the egg whites should be stiff - so that you can tip the bowl upside down and they wont move and form 'peaks' same as when you make meringues. Be very careful when seperating your eggs because if you get the smallest bit of yolk in with the whites...

    I have tried doing VLCD and failed miserably - even though I felt a bit rubbish in the first half of the first week with Atkins at least I didnt want to tear peoples heads off and stare at everyone eating proper food!!:D At least you can eat and lead a normal life on this diet. My husbands...
