Questions from a newbie

Right I have looked on the WWW and just want some confirmation so I can ahem 'treat' myself this weekend. Im on 2nd week induction and want to know whether
1) can I have a chicken kebab from the takeaway obviously without the pitta bread!
2) I was going to make a sort of chicken ramen when I go pick up my zero konjac noodles saturday and wanted to know if I can use miso soup?

The one I have in my cupboard states its 9.8g per 100g and comes in 18g sachets so i make a sachet 1.76g so surely thats ok if I am using that plus some spring onions and chicken etc?:):)
