    I've done WW before, lost a stone an then piled it back on in no time at all! I got the shock of my life when i went to the doctors the other day, i'm pretty sure she said i'm 79kg, which is like 12st 6, i thought i was around 12st0 but i'll invest in scales soon so i can keep up with my weight...

    it seems going to the gym and not eating the activity points i gain is working well! yaaay! i just ate Weight Watchers Spaghetti Bolognaise for lunch, only 8 points but definitely not as yummy as real spag bol, oh well gotta think of being thin for uni i suppose!
