    Phew, after more false starts than I can remember, I'm through week one. The bars and spag bol have kept me going, although I have to admit to eating a tiny bit of plain chicken one day when I forgot my bar at work and ending up working 13hours straight. :o As of this morning I'm 7lbs down...

    starting slim and save on 12 oct ,

    Hi I'm new too. :) I have to admit the first few days were really difficult but today, day 5, I woke up with more energy than I've had in a while. Ive found the meals and bars have been my saviours - I hope you like them as much as I do.
