    You might need to do separate visits, I went round once spent my first voucher then popped the stuff in my car and then went in again to a different cashier, then via self service!

    I used 3 vouchers yesterday, the vouchers can be used on the 3 for £10 offer. I got chicken breasts, extra lean mince, bacon medallions, gammon & pork loin.

    Green Days T.o.m and over eating :(

    I know how you feel, it's my totm and I'm off work due to Easter hols so it's a recipe for disaster, today I just wanted to eat everything in sight. I've tried my hardest not to give in and probably drank 10 cups of tea but then had the urge to eat something sweet with every cuppa.

    Extra Easy: How do you cope with fresh bread?

    You're right Theria I always thought one Alpen light was 3 syns but checked and some are 2.5 and some are 3, not a lot of difference like you say but always worth checking.

    My favourite eatery is Larwood & Voce in Nottm and they do amazing chips cooked in dripping with a pork belly sandwich which is to die for but since joining SW I just couldn't bring myself to eat it knowing how many syns it would be and that I would really regret eating them.

    I thought that some GP's offer a 12 week membership to SW, if your GP is saying you should enrol surely they could sign you up for the 12 weeks?
