Honk honk 10th day ate 2 slices of 400g toasted wholemeal loft and marmite, 2 ryvitas wit marmite, 4 Quran sausage and mash and gravy for lunch and sweet chilli noodles from whetherspoons for tea. Not worked out syns yet but hope that a good day!:)
