    :sigh: messed up i had guest coming over so cooked for them and ended up eating with them. i feel terrible. this being my first week does anyone know how badly it might effect my weigh in. also should i just stop and then restart on monday. please i would really appreciate some advice...

    hi everyone feeling really hungry at the moment and water just doesn't seem to be helping. i should probably just go to bed but too hungry any suggestions would be highly appreciated :sigh:

    hi everyone all the testimonies are really inspiring, i have just started the LT 100% yesterday and i am really excited about this journey to the newer thinner me. any advice is welcomed. good luck to you all. cant wait for my first weigh in.:)

    Just started today... struggling

    hi i just started today but really enjoyed the strawberry chocolate and the chicken soup. thought it was going to be a lopt worse than it was. i would reccomend you to get a shaker makes everything alot easier to stomach. i hope your finding it easier :)
