Hi, I'm just starting back on Slim & Save today after a 5 month break and I am wondering what flavoured water is allowed to be drunk? I know you're not allowed citric acid and I've been having a hard time finding some without it. I have found some in spar and was wondering if it's ok to drink...

These sound yum! I'm off to the shop to bit some cottage cheese.

I've made this twice & turned out great both times. I used cheese & onion smash for the base 2 add flavour & topped with onions peppers & baby tomatoes. It's really filling & nearly couldn't finish it all but I managed lol!

Made these last week & they were yummy! I had some sweetened quark on top with some frozen berries I'd thawed in the microwave. Delicious.
