    Jenny Craig

It's meant to cost about £300 a month but I managed to get some discounts (always worth asking!). You do need to provide fruit and veg but they probably cost me less than £5 a week if I buy what's on offer :-) Seems expensive at first but for me i can't really put a price on success!! my...

    20 Minutes a Day

Wow.. so nice to see someone with realistic targets! For me, even 20 mins every day seems like quite a lot! I'm doing Jenny Craig and they encourage you to get to 5 x 30mins a week - seems very daunting at the minute.. but I figured if I could get to 20mins, then I could add an extra 10 mins by...

    My weight loss xx

aww dont be too disheartened - you wont lose weight every week. I noticed that you are doing 'my own' diet - maybe its worth trying something slightly more ordered? For me, I've tried to do it by myself loads of times but end up cheating. If there are some clear rules/guidance, that can really...

    Go Lower

I have done Go Lower in the past - it produced fast weight loss.. but as there were no carbs in the diet at all.. I found it very tricky to keep the weight off. Calories on Menus - Good or Bad?

I agree.. I think its great - definitely puts you in control! I went to New York a few years ago and it was law out there for all menus to have calories on. It helped me make some informed decisions (e.g. salad with my steak... rather than onion rings!!)

Help! I'm addicted to chocolate! Tips please?

Hi All! I'm currently following the Jenny Craig diet - basically they deliver 3 meals a day (I then add in milk/yoghurt/fruit/veg) but you end up sticking to 1200 calories a day. My only problem is that I'm absolutely addicted to chocolate - pathetic I know! During the day I'm fine...
