Hi all. Am going to have to wish you all well as we have lost our baby at 18 weeks + 3. I'm going into hospital tomorrow to have the tablets to start labour and book an induction for Wednesday.

Thinking of you! I was induced with my first and hated it :-( I don't know about anyone else but am 7 weeks and SW has gone out the window. Morning/all day sickness has started and the only things going down ok are carbs :-( I figure just have to grin and bear it until it eases then get back...

If you have any surestart centres near you pop in. Sometimes they run expectant mother groups and I know ours is happy for mums to be to come to playgroups and get to know people

I made these but didn't realise until I went to shape them that I didn't have any thai curry paste so improvised with coriander, lemongrass, ginger, chilli and garlic and were gorgeous and also syn free :-)

Don't be downhearted - our consultant put it all in perspective for us when she told us if we lost 1 pound each week we'd lose 24 pounds before Christmas - thats over 2 stone and imagine how good that will feel :-)

I haven't tried the Shape ones yet but apparently they're good. The weight watchers ones are just as nice as the Activia ones and no syns Asda also have six tins of Heinz beans for £2

Asda are also doing 4 pack weight watchers dessert yoghurts(lovely and syn free) at 2 for a £2 and shape 4 packs under the same deal

Just a new thing our consultant told us today is that the fat free Onken yoghurts are no longer using sweetners so will be syn'd now

Pasta,rice, cous cous, spray light, tinned tomatoes,baked beans,spuds for cupboard(there are loads) and for fridge I love quark,greek yoghurt, eggs, muller lights and of course as much fruit,vegies and lean meat as you want Thats just off the top of my head :-)
