Ribena Extra Light superspeed?

Hi,
Not sure if this is in the right place but I once read on a forum that this drink is a classed as super speed. It IS free but I have no idea if the super speed bit is right.
I find it quite sweet but am willing to struggle through if it is super speed
Does anyone know?

No, Speedy/SuperSpeedy is free food which is fairly or very low-calorie but fills you up so helps you lose weight a little faster. Superfree are most fruit and veg which are very low in calories.

Sugar free squash is just free, its definitely not superfree or superspeedy
