    weight difference morning and night.

    My cdc told me that a pint of water can weigh 2lb. Fortunately my wi is always 9am on a Fri and i try to only drink half a pint of water before she comes and always wee before wi! You'll have lost more guaranted. X

    With the tomato one you are supposed to add cold water to make a thick paste then add the hot water and mix it slowly until powder all gone - I dont like the tomato one but chicken& mush, veg and pot and leek are yummy which I just put water on top of powder and mix til all powder dissolved...

    How active is too active?? I think your bored can panic it isnt getting enough and hold on to everything but as it adjust you then start to lose the weight - keep going and be postive at it will happen! Good luck x

    That's a shame but so good you're back on it! I felt so bad that i might have messed my first week up. Will do some exercise this evening in hope to make up for it.
