    what the others said - weigh yourself in the morning, cos water adds to you weight, preferably in underwear as different clothes have different weights etc good luck with the weight loss - don't beat yourself up if you put on weight, keep going, tommorow is a new day :D xx

    Thanks taz - I drink about 3 litres a day now (starting to hate water!), so hopefully it's not water weight what im losing :) Wow russiandoll & miel - you guys are superstars! If I gained all the weight I'd lost, Id just give up. You go girls! :D

    Thank you skyemagic, hutchi, taz and mandye :) Had a crappy day today dietwise, I'm getting freaked out by all the calories :S. it's not nice calorie counting. Didn't go to the gym either. Still, hopefully will make it up tomorrow morning. Getting sick of steamed and boiled vegetables though...
