    Hi daisybell18 , Scan bran is a Scandinavian crisp bread, you get 10 in a pack and 5 count as a heb or I syn each. I make my spicy carrot cake with 5 scan brans and you can buy them at your sw group or holland and barrett.

    I love kellogs all bran golden crunch, 30g doesn't look much so I mix an activia fat free yogurt with 0% Greek yogurt to bulk it out and you have a very tasty filling breakfast, it's delicious.
