    What do u do on wi day

    My weigh in is in the eve (6pm) so i tend to drink as much as i can as early as i can, so i can spend all afternoon weeing !! I stop drinking a couple of hours before in the hope my output is better than my input lol then continues drinking after to get through the quota !! - really struggle...

    First weigh in (on day 4) and lost 8.5 so am pleased with that, lost half an inch off everywhere too, not bad for not chewing for 3 and a bit days lol how is everyone else doing xx
