I was shocked when you said 4 cups of tea a day, from your post I thought you were going to say you drank ALOT more! I know loads of people who could quite easily double, if not treble that many cups on a daily basis! haha. If you are not going over your daily allowance of milk then I can't see...
I did think everyone would be championing for fresh but relieved to see that i'm not the only one eating frozen! I do eat ALOT of fresh too but find its far more economical to buy frozen x
I lost 18lbs in my first week and 22.5lbs in the first month but then again I am a "heavy weight" member so to speak! There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how my weight loss goes each week!! It's usually the weeks I think i've done well when I put on or have a smaller weight loss. x
I hate seeing the + sign too, you're right it does get you on a downer BUT you know the reason for the gain and it's not your fault so keep at it. I bet you see more -'s than +'s!!! :-) x

On the EE plan you do have to have 1/3 superfree with EVERY meal but I don't think this is the case for red/green day people so it could be the menus you're looking at are for red/green plans. This isn't to say you can't follow them, just tweak it for EE by adding your 1/3 superfree and remember...

I've just read that they have changed the recipe of uncle bens sweet and sour rice times and they are now a whopping 8.5 syns when they used to be free! Gutted cos these were a really quick and easy dinner at work on a night shift :-(

I really like the sweet and sour rice times, they are so quick and easy to do when I am on a night shift, 1.5 mins in the microwave with some cooked chicken thrown in and a big helping of frozen mixed veg (obviously defrosted haha) - can be made AND eaten in my 20 minute break! X
