    Celeriac chips Celeriac Tbsp oil Tsp curry powder Preheat oven to gas 8 about 240 I think. peel celeriac and cut into chip shapes. Blanch in boiling water for two minutes. Drain then add oil and curry powder. Make in oven for 35 minutes. Serve with mayo Better than chips!

    Just had my chips they were lovely. sliced up celeriac, par boil for two minutes and drain. Add some oil and a sprinkle of curry powder then roast at gas8 for 35 minutes. With a little bit of mayo lush!

    To be honest I just keep my meal low carb. I eat til I am full. I've had my two shakes today no snacks yet but did buy some chocolate Philadelphia and am sure we are allowed that just not sure what to have it with. Need to get some water in me only had a coffee this morning and a long walk.
