    I seen this on Tuesday and just thought if I didn't get my portion control sorted, i would end up with huge meals like that. Weight watchers has really helped me cut down my portion sizes and show me how much I was actually eating :)

    Yep its 6pp for a normal sized can 400g. I often half the can in 2 cups and top up with water, you can split it to eat at 2 different times and it tastes exactly the same :)

    Its abit of a pain when subway etc bring out new stuff cause it isn't in the Eat Out book, just most of the normal stuff. New food always seems more exciting too! Oh well :) Wraps are always advertised as healthy options, guess it must be the size and flour content :(

    If you know there free veggies i would go ahead and count it as zero. As long as it doesn't include a sauce or something, its just plain veg. 0 :)

    HELP! How on earth do I point these?!?!

    Most accurate way I can think of is to weight the filling and count it as full fat cream? Or maybe cheese? Depending on what they are stuffed with. Know its a pain :( but I think that could be the most accurate

    All I know is to stay away from the nicely flavoured drinks Haha! Sweet ciders and tasty cocktails, they often blow your points out the window. Vodka and diet coke is all I ever stick to :)

    Sometimes the app confuses the content I think, I remember a big debate about the pro points in soup recently cause of the veg content 80% tomato etc. Some veggies on WW aren't free, I think because of the sugar in them. I know sweetcorn isn't and parsnips I think. Not sure what is in the salad...

    Try getting the WW 'Eat Out' book, its not expensive and is really helpful when your going out with friends for meals and even just fast food. Really handy. Good luck :)

    Its all going to depend on the size I think. Some chip shop sauces are really oily. I've got a make up curry paste you add water too for a make up of 100ml I count it as 4pp, I've also got the Eat Out book, its so stupid there isn't a value, its such a common thing! Hope this has helped a little bit

    Prezzos isn't in my WW book sorry :( can't help on this one. The book has got loads of different restaurants in. Its super helpful when your eating out and on the go :)

    I use the memo section on my phone :) whatever I eat I type in and save. Gives me an up to date check on what I've eaten, how many points I have left etc. Very handy

    The app is one of the handiest tools I think. On the WW site there is a barbecue section (as a cheat sheet) which has loads of different weights of sausages and meats and there pro points values pork, beef, veggie. Very helpful :)
