Hi Everyone

I can't believe I've only just found this website!

I'm joining Weight Watchers tonight. This is about my 10th time joining lol I am now determined more than ever as I am going on holiday next May and would like to try for a baby sometime next year

I put on a lot of weight when I was pregnant. My daughter is now 21 months old and I'm still carrying the extra weight.

I'm not too sure how this forum works, so any help would be appreciated

Hi Jo and Welcome to the Forum

The forums basically is a community where we all chat/ask questions/laugh/cry about all sorts of things, the site is not just about diets, it's all things really.

I am also on ww, and this week will be my 3rd wi, I have to say, I have quickly understood the diet (this time).

You will probably find all sorts of groups on here, I would have a gander around, see whats what, and join a group!
