They dnt deep fry but they do inject preserviyives so that the potatoes will last longer. Watched a program about foods in various restarants. Says a jacket in 600 odd cals on menu. Do you not wonder why lol x

I just use a normal bag od potatoes. Cut them up. Put in microqave for about 5 mins. Fry light an oven tray. Spread chips out. Put fry light on top and sprinkle a small amoynt of salt. They are lovely xxx
