    Really need help..

    I think the best thing you can do it plan each day. From today Im even going to plan my snacks and keep them all together so I can just go and pick one up instead of seaching and finding something bad. My fitness pal is great! I get 1360 calories to lose 1lb but lise an average of 2lb.

    My wii is about the same as my scales. I prefer to use scales tho because you can see the exact weight. They were only £6 in b&m for digital ones! X

    The most I've ever lost in a week on any diet is 3lbs so you're still well ahead of what I would be. Its normal to be disappointed but dont let it put you off and next week youll have another good loss! X

    I would have counted it as cooked but if you're unsure try putting either cooked or raw in your search and it'll bring the calories up for either of those x

    I'm counting calories. Its the only diet I feel like I could stick to for a long time or even the rest of my life. To help Im using an app called myfitnesspal but they have a website too. It has the calories for everything so evdn when im out and about i can just type something in and its there...

    Beating those cravings

    I allow myself a little bit of chocolate everyday. Just something like a 100cal cake bar. I also found water melon seems to help.

    Do you allow yourself anything...as long as it's counted?

    I've always just eaten what i wanted but made sure I stuck to the calories and lost weight fine. I am going to start eating more healthy food though as I want to be healthy. I wouldn't deprive myself of anything I really want though.
