    Feeling low!!!

    I am day 11 now, and my work trousers are noticably looser today!!! this has helped me stick with it I was miserable few days ago, thinking, can never do this/that again, and have now just started taking it one day at a time

    Shake Advice...

    Hello On day 9 now, and have gotten to stage where thought of another shake is making me feel ill! was a real struggle to drink it this morning, had a tetra for lunch and soup for dinner which were ok. Any ideas? Has anyone else found they get fed up with sight of shake? x x

    Day 1 and the headache is HARSH!!! help!

    I had headaches on day two, but realised this was probably due to lack of caffiene. I normally drink tea with milk, and couldn't bear the thought of it without milk so went without. I have since been having black coffee with sweetner and the headaches have gone.

    Newbie to the Board - 1st week on CD

    I started on the 17th so just a day behind you. Had weigh in today, am thrilled to have lost 5 lbs after on six days on plan! got some new flavours this week to keep me going. I feel tons better already, keep us posted x x

    Green tea & decaf coffee

    I have been having black coffee with sweetner, normally a tea drinker but agree not nice without milk. I haven't been having decaf, do you think this will cause me a problem?
