    I'll need to go in Friday or Sat as I will have run out by Monday. So will have be a 5 day result. day 4 for me today and feeling good. Was fine all day yesterday until I got home and went to bed because I felt so weak. Hopefully that's the worst days over. Excited to know how you get on x

    Fingers crossed it happens soon then. My bathroom is downstairs at home and I've even been considering raking a bucket to bed!!!!! The trips up and down the stairs ate exercise though :)

    Let me know how you get on with the excersise. I'm paranoid about saggy skin. My bingo wings are quite bad so if anywhere it will be there and inner thighs. Might start excersising after my first weigh in. In the meantime, lots of dry body brushing and palmers cocoa butter for me

    Did you decide to go for it? Best to get out of the way. Otherwise you'll get to September and wish you'd done it earlier. Amazing loss before though and even more fabulous that you've kept to it and eaten healthily

    Matcha green tea

    I bought some matcha green tea. It's super expensive but really good for you. Tastes awful though :jelous: Thought it would help with loss of energy as I'm on day 3. I've just made up a cup but put a peppermint tea bag in to help with the taste. Does anyone else drink it?

    Darn food smells sent to test us all.

    Had to make a pitstop at Asda to use the loo today (4 litres of water a day means planned breaks) and had to walk past the cafe. All I could smell were roast potatoes. I nearly ran over and scoffed the lot. I resisted though :) Can't wait until I have my next roastie (allbeit skinnier)!

    Just completed day 1. I am travelling from Cardiff to Cornwall tomorrow for work and will be in the car for 8 hours. How can I make a shake during this time????? Obviously I've read I can't make up in the morning and take with me. I have no time to get a manual shaker cup or go and get a bar...

    I'm sure it's fine to do as long as you carry it through and refeed. Pharmacists will be able to give the right advice though. I started today so will be interesting to track each others progress.
