    My current goal is to lose 1.5lb (hopefully this week!) to get to my 1 stone loss. Once I've done that i'm going to set more targets as would still like to lose another 2 to 2 and a half stone.

    Definitely worth it. The support is great, especially as you may not lose the weight as quickly if yoi've for less to lose. Also sw is a great way to eat for life rather than a fad diet. Go along, see what you think :)

    Im on weight watchers but am thinking of trying slimming world - advice please :o)

    I have done with ww and sw and i do prefer sw. There's much less counting and weighing and it seems to be a diet that you can follow for life as just general healthy eating rather than a fad diet. Whatever you choose good luck!

    Not sure. You can bake eggs in the oven so i guess the only way to find out is to give it a try. Or could you put the mix into a heat resistant bowl and then put that into a pan of hot water? A bit like poaching it?
