    WHAT'S YOUR FAVE FILM??

    I like quite a few, my all time favourite being Raiders of the Lost Arc. But I'm also partial to Kevin Smith films; even Jersey Girl. Recently I enjoyed the direct-to-dvd feature Futurama: Benders big Score. I also saw The French Connection for the first time and loved it. Gene Hackman is awesome.

    So when I work out I generally do 20 minutes on a bike, 20 ninutes on a strider and 10 on a stepper. As well as lift weights. I generally try to get my heart-rate at about 180 - 200. More intensiity = more fat burned right? Apparently low intesnity is best between 160-170. Which is best/

    My goal is 4st 5lbs or 61ilbs away. My aim is to have lost that by November 13th. The date I see a WWE Raw event in Belfast. Not that I care how a look at that event but it's just a good distance to put a date on.
