Fat Burning zones

So when I work out I generally do 20 minutes on a bike, 20 ninutes on a strider and 10 on a stepper. As well as lift weights.

I generally try to get my heart-rate at about 180 - 200. More intensiity = more fat burned right?

Apparently low intesnity is best between 160-170.

Im No Expert But Your Fat Burning Zone Is Different For Different Ages,in My Gym They Have Just Put Up A List As Im 32 I Should Be Between 120-150, 150 Being The Highest And I Was Told That Its Not Good To Go Over This,how Old Are You?maybe You Should Ask At Your Gym Or Maybe Google It To See,
