    Chopped tomatoes (straight out the tin:D) with chicken breast and mushrooms in on some plain boiled rice. Sounds gross but was quick and easy and syn free :)

    I am. I have tried EVERY diet and never lost that much, even on meal replacement shakes. I had big healthy meals and for the first time I'm eating balanced foods. I'm aiming for 1-2lb a week from now on, nice and steady.

    Had my weigh in yesterday and I had lost 7 and a half pounds, absolutely over the moon. In this week I had Nandos and a Chinese but used the lowest syns meals. What did you guys lose this week?

    Well yesterday I had 2 ryvita biscuits for breakfast then nothing until 7pm, in which I used my first syns of the week, a lovely chicken chow mein from the Chinese :), Had a Muller Light and 2 ryvita biscuits for breakfast and think I may have a small SW fry up for tea.

    Hi all, I'm Charlotte, I'm 21 and from the North East of England. I had my little boy in September 2012 which has sent me overweight. I am aiming to go from 172lb down to 140 within 8-9 month using Weight Watchers and doing more exercise. Will be nice to chat to you all.
