    Thank you! I now have vanilla, strawberry, lemon and almond. Can just buy the big pots of natural yoghurt and flavour them now.....much cheaper the mullers! Will def have to make some ice cream too :D. Now I'm just trying to get hold go some coconut flavouring mmmmmmm!

    Aww Hun, I stayed the same this week n don't think I did anything wrong either. Im hoping that means I'll lose a couple next week. It can be down to all kinds of things tho, time of the month, the exercise etc? Chin up and here's to a better week this week. Don't give up....we can do this!! X

    Hiya, I'm new to slimming world too and am roughly the same weight as you and would like to reach 9 stone (initially!).
