What sort of tricks do you use to encourage you to stick to plan?
Ive put up photos of me in my underwear with everything hanging out( not a pretty site) on the fridge and in the cupboard on the biscuit tin.
i make a menu for the week and shopping list of ingredients i need. No extra treats
Ive removed scales from the house to stop me tormenting myself by weighing myself every hour
I've got a chart to plot my weightloss which really motivates me if I'm feeling a bit frustrated.
Also I visualise some nice clothes that will look better when I've lost weight.
I keep active, always doing something in the day which really helps.
I would suggest you find something that is clearly too tight and keep it. Then take a tape measure and measure yourself all over and keep a note of it somewhere.
In the following weeks if you have a STS or tiny gain and/or your motivation is low, get the item out that is too tight, try it on and see how it is now becoming looser and measure yourself and where you don't see the pounds lost on the scales you will see the inches lost on the tape.
I do this and I also have my size 12 halterneck swimsuit for my holiday hanging up in plain sight so I remind myself every morning of my motivations

If I'm really struggling to get back on plan then I make sure there's a mirror I can see into while eating , sounds mad but it stops me from thinking "oh screw it!" X
