Hairy Bikers Curry Sauces

Hi All,

For some reason I can't view the syn value for the Hairy Bikers packet curries that are in supermarkets now. I remember someone mentioning they are free but I can't seem find the syn value. Can anyone help?!

Don't know off hand but having looked at the nutritional info, I would say no more than 2 or 3 syns at most. I love the Hairy Bikers so will be trying these.

there is no free food allowance for sauces so will be a straight 1 syn per 20 cal rule.
