Green Days 1/3 superfree on green

No thats just EE!
 
I believe SW do recommend you try and have 1/3 still. I do Green most of the time and I just try and eat plenty of fruit and veg generally and I still have good losses.
 
On EE the 1/3 rule is compulsory but on Green & Original SW still recommend the 1/3 superfree.
 
its recommended but not compulsory :)
