Generally on a day to day basis i will have a small portion of bran flakes or special k at around 8am and then ill go to work, my lunch time is at 1pm and ill either have a bowl of cereal again and a low fat strawberry yogurt. Occasionally i will treat myself to a jacket potato or a sandwich from the local cafe but that isnt very regular.

Dinner time is always different from salads to gammon or steak etc. I was thinking of maybe setting up a food diary on here x x x
 
Sorry i forgot to mention is during the week i only drink water during the day(about 1.5-2 litres) once i get home i change to dilute juice such as Robinsons. I must admit i don't drink a lot of water at the weekend but i don't drink fizz drinks either x
