1% milk

It's quite a bit less then skimmed milk, I think it might be 300mls but not sure as don't use it myself

Just checked online and it is 300 ml you can have, trips a lot of people up as they think you can use it like skimmed milk

wow thats great as i love 1% milk, Cant believe its as much as skimmed - it tastes better then ss in my opinion.

Its not quite as much as skimmed

Skimmed is 375mls while 1% is 300mls as said

So glad I found this, my mum is doing SW with me but cant quite adapt to skimmed milk, she likes the 1% but havent seen much documneted on it.
