10 minutes a day in May challenge :)

Alrighty then! I have just gotten back from a 45 minute swim, and the walk there and back was 30 minutes. That was an even better effort than yesterday when I did 30 minutes, but it was made easier by having the pool to myself for most of it!
 
Great idea!! I've started walking my kids half the way to nursery!! ;P
now the weathers getting warmer its easier to get out. I'm also a member of one of them cheap gyms so want to try and get back into it!!!!
 
Well, since my last post, I have managed two more days of swimming and walking. Yesterday was a complete wash out though. I wasn't feeling very well, so I opted to stay home instead of go to the gym. I have managed 5 days out of the last 8, so I feel like I've done okay overall.

Hope everyone else is getting on okay!

I'm feeling much better and I'm going to go to aquafit tomorrow :)

I know that we are nearly at the end of May but I am going to try!

My goal is to do 10 minutes of exercise, starting with doing some chair exercises.

Although I have just come back from doing a 20 minute walk! :)

Im still going - have managed 10-30 minutes each day, bar one day hen I had food poisoning and couldnt MOVE!!!
