starting again

HI have had success followed by a month and a half of up and down 4 lbs...

I am 10 stone 2 and 20 lbs down according to my target - which is mind blowing really - i was 10 stone a few days ago and have put a couple back on

been starving binging purging which is not how i want to do it
going back on lipotrim plan

want to get to 9 stone

so 16 lbs to go
not gonna happen within those 10 weeks might start a thread for people struggling with the last bit
