100 things to do so u dont eat!!!!

    1. Do a jigsaw
    2. Brush your teeth
    3. Look in catalogue for clothes that u will fit into
    4. Sort ur clothes into sizes
    5. Bag up clothes that now look ridiculous on us and give to charity or do a carboot
    6. Write a diet journal
    7. Go for a walk
    8. Knit
    9. Plan a holiday
    10. Read a class novel or write one yourself

    44. Draw/ paint art
    45. Watch the whole series of lost
    46. Wash , condition your hair
    47. Cut pics out of a magazine of how u will look in 6-8 weeks time
    48. Hang up 2 outfits that u can't fit into and try on each day and watch how u start to fit into them
    49. Print out photographs and make an album
    50. Sort out ur finances - open mail etc

    Half way there - Ye-ha

    wow your weight loss diary is consistent every week, that's really great. I was just wondering if I have to do some exercise in-order to enhance my weight loss.

    Whenever i feel like picking up a snack i reach for my mini dumbells instead and do some toning exercises!! It helps occupy my hands and my mind so neither of them are on food! xx
