48. Hang up 2 outfits that u can't fit into and try on each day and watch how u start to fit into them

Dee, that pretty much takes up AT LEAST 25% of my whole day lol!! 50% work, other 25% minimins. Yeeeeeeha! Xx

wow your weight loss diary is consistent every week, that's really great. I was just wondering if I have to do some exercise in-order to enhance my weight loss.

Whenever i feel like picking up a snack i reach for my mini dumbells instead and do some toning exercises!! It helps occupy my hands and my mind so neither of them are on food! xx
