100lb DOWN whoop whoop! :)

    So, after reading about the dog food weight yesterday I decided to tot up how much I have lost to get a real idea... and I am pleased to say that I have lost a little over 100lb since I began my journey! This is not all down to LT, its various methods over a period of time but from when I was at my biggest to what i weigh today I am over 100lb down!! Thats a huge shock to me and all I can think of is thats what those at the Biggest Loser have achieved!! LMAO!... I also think I have lost that weight about 3 times over for the amount of times I have gained some and lost it again and then gained some and lost it again!!....

    And I am slack at the best of times and not the best example - so if I can do it then YOU all can too :)

    Good on you, Donna! That's so inspirational.
    Don't do what I've just done and start totting up what I've spent on different diets over the years ... what with cookbooks, meeting fees, changing clothes every time I lose or gain, shakers and juicers, exercise DVDs, magazines, etc ... plus the worst waste of money ... on binges. £36 a week and no new equipment is quite a bargain! ;)
