12st something to 11st something

    I've just a 13st to 12st thread and a comment on there about hovering in the 13s made be think I'll start a 12s to 11s thread. Mainly because I just can't seem to keep up the willpower needed to get into the 11's and stay there

    I have got to 11st 13lb a couple of times and seen it as the red light to eat a little more than I need to and bam the next time I weigh I'm back in the 12s:-(

    I need some motivation to stick at this and if it's on here I'll feel more responsibility to try to do it

    Does anyone want to join me?

    I am at 11st 13lb at the moment, but scared I'm going to go back to 12 st after this weekend, so I will join this thread to keep me on track! :)

    I'd stay here until 11st 7lb if I were you. You could then start an 11 to 10 thread :)

    No pressure eh ;-)

    I am just in to the 12s (12s 13.4lbs) so I would love to join you if you will have me, I may be here a while, am hoping to be 11st something by Christmas... My loss has really slowed down now even with lots of exercise so I am giving myself a while & trying not to put too much pressure on me....

    Ah thanks honey. It's taken me 15 years to find the right way to go about this & now I have found it I know it's for life but I'm happy about that.... 2 stone left to go then I'll see if I'm happy or if I want to go to 10 stone.....

    The more the merrier! :) My weigh in is tomorrow (Monday) but I had a girly night out on Friday, so not looking forward to what the scales say tomorrow! Being good today, to try to counter balance, but will have to wait and see!

    Lost 200g this week, so not enough to register as a lb down, so in lbs I stayed the same. Had a big weekend, so was happy with a loss, really, albeit a small one.

    Very ashamed to admit to a 1.4lb gain this week, totm due but I've also eaten badly last few days, school hols are a killer.... So trying a 1200 cal day to shift it & some this week...

    We all have alittle gain at some point it happens to the best of us ;-) get back on the wagon and make sure it's going downhill this time lol goodluck
