14 Stone To Lose

Hello darling Kym, big hugs and kisses! :D

I'm now just waiting to hear if you've been taken on by DIY SOS to work for them :D All that hard work inside and outside the house, love, you are a dynamo! But I bet the place looks great, you must be really proud of what you've achieved there.

Everyone is right, the gain isn't a real gain, and will whooshie off soon, as soon as your bod and brain adjust to all the exercise you've been doing :). your before and after pics are fab, what a difference!

But ewwww on the next door neighbour trying to steal a kiss, ewwww - it's always the ones we don't want who decide to make the moves, eh? :D

Sxxxxx

hahahahahahaha!!!! I wish ;) I end up with more on me than the walls :D Thank you m'lovely :D It is much better to have them done, it was done purely to bounce the light around as it's quite a darkish room and npower were increasing bills (even though we were paying more to them for dual fuels than we were when they were seperate to Npower for electric and BG for gas. We ALWAYS ended up with 'over payments' being refunded when seperate from both - but we have ended up owing npower money (only £40 but when you're getting £60+ back each anniversary it's a hell of a difference!) Cheaper my bum! We're in the process of moving to sainsburys electric that are allegedly 270ish cheaper a month so fingers crossed :D (also will LOVE earning nectar points ;))

Only lost 1lb this week but my totm is due pretty much any minute now and I feel so puffed up and bloated so I'm happy for there to have been a loss :D

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad to have you back gorgeous :D Can't wait to hear your stories! Did you have fun?! Did you get everything done that you wanted to? :)

Will reply to everyones posts when I get back, just taking the doggy for her booster (1 at 11 and the other at 2. Sods law they couldn't see them together!) See you soon xxx

Oh I might try Sainsburys electric too - am paying through the nose with British Gas for electric.

I missed you too honey. so much - will post some stuff on my thread about NZ xxx

I switched through here after comparing - Cheap Energy Club - Constantly save on Gas and Electricity you get cashback too and they keep checking things and make sure you're on the cheapest one all the time. It's all legit as it's run by that martin lewis who's on tv :)

I don't mean sainsburys are cheaper each month (though they are) i meant cheaper by 270 a year. I wish they were that cheaper a month ;) :D

Thanks loves! :) And yep, it wouldn't surprise me if I jinxed it ;)

Been listing few more bits on eBay to try and raise a little extra cash. Have a fair few more bits to add on ebay but then after a few they started charging 35p a listing and when the rest is mostly George/Tesco etc it's not worth the charge to list them. Didn't realise they'd changed their charging structure - again  .

Every little helps this time round though, Mums made her mind up what she wants for her birthday next week... only it's £85(!) She keeps saying she doesn't really want it and not to worry but she's been coverting it for 13 months and it's the cheapest it's been so going to raise as much as possible towards it after we both had a big clearout. :)

Hope you're all well :) xx

Iceland cancelled my online shopping order because they did the authorisation too early for my bank (they cancelled it at 20 past midnight. my bank updates at approx 1.30am) so I ended up going to asda at 7am. Sods law.

Didn't get a lot of sleep last night and then next door locked their dog in the bedroom beside mine at 5.30am so it yappyappyaaaaapped really loudly.

Really quite tired now!! Hope you're all well!!

Oh god there is nothing worse than a yappity yappity dog at that time in the morning.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, hope your day gets better hon.

Dxxx

Oh no, that's a pain about the shopping! I must admit I always worry a bit about that happening when it's right at the end of the pay month, lol. :) xx

Thanks loves! :) It was a grey day - but I like those more than the sun ;) Looking forward to Winter

It's only Iceland I had the issue with, I've done it every other time with the other big three supermarkets. I do admit I sent them an email telling them how ridiculous their system is. Noone's bank updates bang on midnight! Surely 3/4am is early enough for them - especially as the shop still doesn't open for 4/5 hours then and their first delivery slot starts at 11am! Ridiculous!

Ooh boo! on the shopping. I have a separate savings account for bills and food shopping that I transfer money into the minute I get paid, and then I don't touch it until the day the bills need paying. Otherwise I'd just spend it all!

And I can sympathise with the knee. I fell over on a night out (wearing flats - just to add) when trying to climb onto a small platform (that everyone else manages fine!) and did some damage. Never found out what was actually wrong with it but it twinges every now and then!! I just have to be extra careful when it feels a bit dodgy! The perils of being (or having been) overweight I guess!

I hope you've been having a little break from the decorating and giving yourself a well deserved rest :D

Hahaha! I have thank you! :) no diy for the entire week! ;)

I guess it was basically the weight on it as we're mending... I assume anywho! Otherwise our bodies are just weird!

I'm trying to get better at money saving too - it's hard as my mum is obsessed with spending!

i do like spending - too much - but I'm not as bad as mum! We're selling on ebay (they're ending right now) and she's already spent the majority of the money in her watch list - and items she's lining up to bid on.... only we were selling them in the first place to raise money for her ring (!)

Just had a bit of a funny minute in Asda. Went in to get mums curry for her birthday (we were going to the curry nght but she said it was too much of a temptation calorie wise which I agree with so we're trying to control it . Typically the actual curry had sold out but I got the other bits.

Noone said anything to me or even looked... but as I walked past and just looked at the cakes that they'd reduced I got a sudden thought of them all thinking 'look at the fat girl, she's gonna buy all the cakes!!!' and felt really uncomfortable. That's the first time i've ever felt it too  People have said things to me - like they have everyone who's big - but that's the first time I've ever really made myself feel massively bad about myself - and that's after losing 4 and half stone! Weird!

And I punished myself by buying crap - heat and eat doughnuts and 2 iced donuts. i haven't gone over calorie wise eating them - but only because I've eaten all the calories I earnt by exercising. ( I did share them with my mum though - only 5 h&e doughnuts and 1 of the iced ones)

Feel bit ridiculous now

Honey don't feel bad & sorry you felt that way. Its so weird how our brains don't register that we've lost weight and I think we think people pay more attention than they do. I was in a normal shop today with friends and thought everyone was looking at me as I was too fat for there but don't anyone cared they were just trying to grab the bargains ;)

Aww, hon, don't listen to your brain trying to play nasty tricks on you! It is strange how our own minds do their best to undermine us. You've done so brilliantly, I'm sure no-one was thinking anything of the sort, but I know what it's like when negative thoughts get a hold. Well done on staying within your calories despite the doughnuts, you've really got this cracked! :) xx

Aww, hon, don't listen to your brain trying to play nasty tricks on you!

I agree hun, it's awful when that happens - I caught someone watching me eat lunch the other day and I just flushed red - but hey that's their problem - and it's up to me to lose weight and not give a f**k what anyone thinks! xxx
