15 minute rule

Hi can any one tell me why there is a 15 minute rule on the sachets. I love the choc hot and i'm sure it sometimes takes me longer than 15 mins to drink it. Will it make me ill?

it's just the nutrients start to degrade......so you really need to drink it up when iit's made.......but won't make you ill......

and it's not really a rule....more like guidance.......

aaahhhhh......so you like them warm ???? that explains why it takes you a while to drink.....dont use boiling water....just hot......
