17 day diet?

Has anyone tried the 17 day diet by Dr. Moreno?

I don't see the point - it's 4 X 17 days and some of the ingredients in the recipes look like they'd be hard to find in England. I'm doing SW EE like you and I think it's just really healthy eating so I'll stick with it. I think diets are like dogs - not just for xmas hahaha. If you lose weight on a diet like that and go back to your old ways, you're very likely to just put the weight all back on
