Step2 810kcal 1st day!

    Hi everybody I need some people to talk to, I am new to this diet and thread system. but im looking to meet new people and see how they are going with this diet. my son is 3 months old and I currently weigh 72.5kgs and wanting to go back to 60kgs. how are you finding your first days? I feel surprisingly full and satisfied and I haven't even had my last shake. this is day 1 for me :):)

    Hi, i have done 810 most of the time and have had good losses, after my first big loss i averaged about 3lb a week , i like 810 because it does allow you to be able to do alittle exercise and not feel unwell because of the protein meal, and also it is easier when socialised with food , good luck xx

    Day 8 for me :) I've lost 9lbs already. Loving Step 2 x

    Well my first weigh in and i lost 7.4lbs , so i was very pleased with that ! My evening meal is definately making things easier its amazing what a boring chicken breast and salad leaves can make !
