Well done Clarabow!!! Thats great!

I think if i estimate 4lb off a week, over the 7 weeks = 28lb.
I'm not sure if that's too much - but i know the first week is normally a substantial loss, and then averages between 2 - 5 (if i remember right?!) I'm happy to stand corrected, and even happier to lose more than that, but for now, that is my target!!!!

Hello Mrs B, generally averages out a stone a month. My 6lb loss was the first week back on plan after being off for over a month really with ill health. ( Totally non diet related, my health is generally fab when I am on plan, its the popping in and out of ketosis when I am being cr*p that knackers me up.)

Good luck with the weight loss,ou know yo as long as you stick to plan you will see results. What I am learning is to change my life and not just loose weight. Diets before were all about loosing the weight, which does not fix life or ones head!

Decided that I should update my challenge total as i woke up at about 1am and realised I had set it for November instead of October... oops. Thats why BL is in charge lol. So changing my 16lbs to 30lbs!! I did think you were all being very brave last night but now I realise why!! xx

I thought I had missed something! Can I join in for 14lbs pretty please, and yes we di still love you, it makes a change, I'm usually the entertainment!!
